CLASS ACTION EEO COMPLAINT
AGAINST THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY

You will find links below for two documents in three formats. The first document is the "Class Complaint List" which explains the EEO class complaint filed against the U.S. Department of Energy DOE on behalf of black or Afro- Americans employed by, or who applied for jobs with, DOE. The second document is a "Class Complaint Form" for individual members of the class to provide information to the class agent and lawyers representing the class complaint. You will need both, so it is recommended that you print both. If you can display RTF format files in MS Word, it is recommended that you use the RTF format, which has a hyper-linked table in the Class Complaint List for easy cross-referencing to the Form. You must print the Class Complaint Form in order to complete it.
Information provided on a signed copy of this form is needed TODAY.
If you are a member of the class, as defined above, you are requested to print a copy of the Class Complaint Form, fill it out, sign, and fax it TODAY to 410-433-7096.
Information you provide as this time will be used only on a confidential basis by the class agent and lawyers for the class. Class members have been granted anonymity for this class action.
The information you provide will assist in obtaining formal certification for the class action to proceed.
When you fax the Class Complaint Form (1 page), please do not include a copy of the Class Complaint List. Do Not send more than the 1-page Class Complaint Form - it holds up the fax for others.

If you have trouble printing, either "open" an RTF format in MS Word or a PDF format in Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you need a "free" reader, download at the "Adobe" link below. These will print. The problem with HTML is embedded code for the table that apparently triggers an "infinite loop" (just turn off the printer and "cancel" if that happens). If you are not behind a firewall and have trouble, upgrade your browser to the latest "free" version of Netscape Navigator/Communicator (4.7 is best, but 4.x works) or MS Internet Explorer (4 or 5).
